Turn Dolibarr into a complete sales pilot tool. Dolibarr is a great ERP, but its native CRM stays basic: a list of opportunities, no visual pipeline, no scoring, no automation, no forecasts. Sales teams who want a real pilot tool end up leaving Dolibarr for Pipedrive, HubSpot or Monday, then re-entering sales into the ERP.

DolicraftCRM brings all the features of a modern CRM directly inside Dolibarr, with no double entry and no sync to manage. Your sales team works in Dolibarr, your accounting team too - everyone on the same tool.

Visual kanban pipeline

Drag-and-drop kanban view to move deals between stages. Multiple configurable pipelines (e.g. "B2B Sales", "Enterprise Sales", "Upsell"). Customizable stages per pipeline with weighted probabilities. Filterable by salesperson, period, thirdparty.

Deal management

Each deal has its own record with linked thirdparty, amount, currency, closing probability, expected close date, full change history, linked activities and attached documents.

CRM activities

Plan and track all sales activities: calls, emails, meetings, tasks, demos. Each activity linked to a deal and/or thirdparty. View by salesperson, by thirdparty, by period. Automatic reminders.

Automatic lead scoring

Configurable scoring rules: industry, company size, country, behavioral signals (recent activity, number of exchanges, resource downloads). Total score visible on every thirdparty and deal card. Filter your pipeline by score.

Automations

Create "if [trigger] then [action]" rules without code: trigger a task when a deal moves to "Proposal sent", email the sales rep when a score crosses a threshold, change thirdparty status when a deal is won, create an invoice automatically on deal victory.

Sales forecasts

Weighted forecasts based on each deal's closing probability. Monthly, quarterly, annual views. Realized vs forecast comparison. Filterable by salesperson, pipeline, period.

Reports and analytics

Pre-built reports: conversion rate by stage, average sales cycle duration, top performers, pipeline velocity, deal loss reasons.

Public web forms

Create lead capture forms hosted by Dolibarr and embeddable on your website via iframe or direct link. Configurable fields, validation, anti-spam. Each submission automatically creates a thirdparty or deal in Dolibarr with the initial scoring.

Native Dolibarr integration

The module doesn't live next to Dolibarr - it's integrated. Deals are linked to thirdparties, activities appear on thirdparty cards, won invoices are automatically lifted to "deal won". No synchronization to manage.
