DolicraftSituations - Progress Billing for Construction (Situation Invoices)

Features

1. Contract/Project Management

Create contracts (marches) with detailed work item lines. Each line has a description, quantity, unit price, and total. The contract total is automatically calculated.

2. Situation Invoices with % Completion

For each billing period, create a situation specifying the completion percentage per work item. The module calculates cumulative amounts, situation amounts, and the difference from the previous situation.

3. Retention Guarantee (Retenue de Garantie)

Automatic calculation of the retention guarantee (default 5%) deducted from each situation. Running total tracked across all situations for the contract.

4. Final Settlement (DGD)

A special final situation sets all items to 100% and releases the retention guarantee. Marks the contract as completed.

5. Automatic Dolibarr Invoice Generation

Generate a standard Dolibarr invoice from any validated situation with one click. The invoice includes all line items with situation amounts.

6. Progress Dashboard

Visual progress bars per contract showing completion percentage and budget consumption.
