Features

1. Subscription Lifecycle Management

Full lifecycle: trial period, active, paused, cancelled, expired. Each subscription tracks client, product/service, amount, frequency, and dates.

2. Automatic Invoice Generation

A daily cron job generates invoices for subscriptions due today. Invoices are created using Dolibarr's Facture class, with proper lines, VAT, and references.

3. Auto-Send Invoice by Email

Generated invoices are automatically sent to clients by email with the PDF attached. No manual intervention needed.

4. MRR/ARR Dashboard

Real-time dashboard showing Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), churn rate, and net new MRR.

5. Scheduled Price Changes

Plan future price increases: set a percentage or fixed amount change with an apply date. The cron automatically updates subscriptions when the date arrives.

6. 12-Month Revenue Forecast

A forecast page projects expected revenue for the next 12 months based on active subscriptions, considering end dates and scheduled price changes.
